Broadcast top damage dealer in addition to killer in boss fight announces

Pretty much just a reminder thread to myself to code this after this post. Both the killshot character and top damage dealer ought to be listed.

Also if anyone has a reason why this shouldn't happen or should be done differently or just a thumbs-up to it, here's the place to do it.
