QoL - Pet Pane Adjustments For Consistency

All petmaster classes
For each pet in the Active Pets pane the layout is Name - Stance - Set and at the bottom section of the Active Pets pane the layout is currently Set - All pets - Stance. For UI consistency the bottom section should be changed to All pets - Stance - Set.
Lich class
At present the Summon Pet pane contains buttons for summoning Zombie, Necrophage, Skeleton, Fossil, Will-o-Wisp, Wight and Wraith. The button for Summon Corpse appears separately in the Lich Skills pane. For UI consistency the Summon Corpse button should (also) appear in the Summon Pet pane.
