This suggestion is what it says on the tin. When a Shambling Zombie is created by a Plague Rat infection, the Revenant responsible should be notified of this glorious occasion. I've only received a "notification" once, when one of my rats got into a fight with a zombie spawned due to an infection another one of my rats had created. And also due to dying a violent death, I guess.
Even though the Shambling Zombie is not as "tied" to the Revenant as the rats are, it would be nice to know what sorts of wackiness the zombie gets up to in its brief existence, too. A Plague Upon Thee doesn't really benefit the Rev very much except with intangible mirth and amusement, so it'd be nice to have more of that.
