Weapons: Swap Baseball and Rock Stats

What it says on the tin- swap the stats for Baseballs to make them the more accurate, but less damaging weapon, and Rocks more damaging, but with regular accuracy. Also conveniently makes Rocks thrown by Slings exactly twice as powerful as Rocks thrown by hand.
