Skills: Forceful Punishment Buff

Have Forceful Punishment make Eye of Judgment ignore phasing. A unique effect that sets the skill apart from regular spells and is in line with the theme of the skill. Extra useful since all demonic combat classes have access to phasing and angels don't have any other counters for it.

No it isn't, IBs are able to gain permanent 25% phasing and VWs can get 10% phasing. Also Archon's free skill is terrible and should probably be scrapped in favor of something else.

It would be nice if this, and other Archon skills, unlocked additional free skill powers that aren't a part of the initial Word Of set.
