Quality of Life and Interface
- There is now a Character Settings toggle to block global messages when someone receives an Achievement Badge.
- There is now a Character Settings toggle to block global messages when someone chooses a T3 class or reaches Level 30.
Major Bugs
- Fixed an issue where Draining Field enchantment loss was lasting substantially longer than 24 hours.
- Fixed an issue where Radio and Newspaper texts weren't populating.
