NPCs, who do not spend CP past level 30, will no longer earn Ranks or display as having Ranks since (unlike players) they don't get any benefit from it and so should not appear to be more powerful than they are.
Major Bugs
The automatic full Legion Master bonus for being an Overlord will now (like all other Overlord skill boosters) require the Legion Master skill. The intent was ambiguous to most players, but the intent of the Overlord mechanic was that a Dark Oppressor must actually possess a skill for that skill to be enhanced by Overlord status.
Dark Power gains for kills vs NPCs have now been applied to DP gain via direct kills by either an Overlord on their territory or a Fallen wielding the Unholy Grail.
Factionless Transcends now count as Unaligned for purposes of Font creation.
Hotfixed an issue where Arena characters were counting toward one's total slots when reclaiming a released regular character.
Fixed a hiccup that was once again holding up much of the functioning of daily tick, including font decay, Dark Power decay, Overlord claim checks and Garden of Elysium.
Minor Bugs
Exploding Gremlins now no longer have a (blank) space attempting to offer the name of their summoner.
Dark Oppressors with Pledge Vassals can now correctly view their Vassals in the Pets pane even if they don't have any other reason to have information in the Pets pane.
Fonts can only be sacrificed to when over zero maximum depth.
