Skills: Stygian Fury for Divine Investiture

Instead of getting Heal Self, give ex-Paladins Stygian Fury as a skill in exchange for Divine Investiture. This gives Fallens a source of MP, as well as being thematic for the class and reducing redundancy in skills (i.e. from having both Heal Self and Feast on Suffering, plus passive regen).
