Allow people with Psychic Bloodhound to allways see which tracks were left by factionmates and so are totally pointless to follow.
Had these thought previously when Psychic Bloodhound showed 90% of names and felt it seemed unnecessary but given how easy it now is to end up following a factionmates trail (since you don't get updates when the trail you are following would tell you its owner) it probably wouldn't make tracking too strong for hunting whilst still making it at least vaugely useful near your own busy stronghold...

Agreed that something needs to be done. It doesn't feel like a 30CP skill any more.
