The Seraph no longer needs tools or facilities to repair items as the Seraph has all required necessities in their form.
More importantly, this allows the Seraph to "automate" the repair process, using their apparatus to reduce the cost of repairing the item by up to MO/6 (Or just plain five) (minimum zero) but costing the Seraph thrice the HP and twice the MP as AP saved. (Thus, automating five AP would reduce the repairing cost by five AP, and cost 15 HP and 10 MP. The Seraph can accidentally kill itself with this damage. In this case, no repairs are made. Whoops. "*Seraph* inserted *item* into their body, causing it to smoke and jam! They manage to tear it out, fatally breaking down! *Seraph* has died!"

Re: Skill (Seraph): Refinement Apparatus
I like it, very flavorful. I don't know if this has much use outside of badge grinds (disclaimer: I haven't played Seraph).
I was thinking this could have synergy with Augmentation Processor, where you can add an augmentation to the weapon you are repairing (but limited to one buff). The way I'd go about it is that applying the final repair to a weapon or armor (i.e. it goes up to pristine) gives a random augmentation buff to it, and if the weapon/armor decays even once the augmentation is removed.
This would probably not actually be codable, I think player buffs and "buffs" for equipment won't work the same, but I think it's a neat idea. There could be separate list of unique buffs instead, using enchants instead...
Now that I think about it, what if any weapon/armor repaired up to pristine by Seraphs with this skill simply increased total number of enchantment slots by +1? Just a thought

TBH it'd be really grind fodder unless you're not maxed out (why aren't you?) as the Innate Armour and Innate Weapons (both ranged and melee) are better than anything you can get out in the world.
