conduit trail skills

As discussed on nc discord today, it was asked why trail skills don't apply when attacks are used on wards and forts. As kandarin responded that it wasn't intentional (https://discord.com/channels/2170202253 ... 8337522779) I would like to propose to change it so that it does apply and to consider Klapaucious's suggestion:
"Also petition to change it to 2 ticks per attack. At that point I think it would be functional, and you can buff your team for the raid without dumping literally all your AP doing so
And e.g. prepare your tank a little bit for the pret shield while destroying the ward without having it be such a measly number of ticks that it's instantly eaten by titans"

Currently for 30+60cp, it doesn't really feel that useable and many condis are just grabbing it to grind.

Make Arcane Trail buff the Conduit themselves, too. Them being specifically excluded to keep them weaker is egregious, and unrealistic. It's a weak buff for each individual anyway.

I'd really like to see the duration extended a little bit. 1 status tick buff/debuff was always weak, and it's only gotten weaker with titan ticks.

The -2 damage/-5% accuracy debuff is worthless when it's such a small number of status ticks. Contrast intimidating aura which provides a reliable, useful debuff that actually improves your team survivability in active combat.

Having the base skill buff the conduit themselves is not the direction I'd necessarily go. It already affects the conduit in the sense that the debuff affects their target. I actually think this would tip it over into being absolutely mandatory for offensive conduit, rather than a solid option that is somewhat situational. It would effectively be +2 damage +5% accuracy for 30 cp, which is a bit much.

A second 60 cp or possibly 90 cp child which allows the buff to affect the conduit and maybe tunes it up a little more in utility, perhaps giving something nice like an mp cost reduction for anyone who has the buff, now that I could get behind.
