Interface: XP Limit on main Game page.

I personally think it would be nice to have a tracker for the XP limit, perhaps as a separate bar below or under the condition bar, or noted in the XP box. I have a few characters who have been consistently hitting the cap, and it would be nice to know how close to the cap that character is without having to go into the character page.
