Displaying Redeemed HP Costs in messages

Pretty much just what the title says. It would be very useful to see how much HP you're actually spending on an action. Right now using Heal Others doesn't display any info other than what you healed. With sprite healing, etc, it can be hard to nail down exactly how much the skill was actually taking.
