Lower Ether Stepping CP cost

Every T3 class* gets a movement skill for 30CP except, for some reason, Void Walker, who pay 60CP for something that's basically equivalent to Feet of the Wind. To me, this cost seems like an artifact of prior design where Ether Stepping also applied to Corner Step indoor to indoor movement or perhaps an earlier era where all child skills cost 60. It doesn't seem like the current design justifies the extra CP cost.
*at least, as far as I'm aware

Yeah I'd like to see this at 30 CP too.
If it has to stay 60 CP then let it provide some other bonus to the VW. I'll try to think of something hmm...
