Phase out Door and Lockpicking Grinds

If we want to get rid of Door and Lock mechanics, but don't want to deny people who grinded them out their achievements, turn them into legacy grinds.

Announce at the beginning of the Breath that B6 will be the last chance to get these grinds; that'll give anyone who's been working toward them enough time to complete them if they want. After B6 ends, remove the stats, and anyone who had one or more achievements gets credited for X "Legacy Achievements" that count toward their ranks. Once that character has enough achievements that the legacy ones don't matter anymore, they can be removed from the character sheet.

I think that there are enough badges available that they could be completely removed for B7 and things should be fine.

Doing that WILL likely end up requiring some combat badges to get to 30J, assuming a character doesn't have access to spells/buffs/debuffs. How much of a concern this is depends on what the priorities are. I'm not sure if there was a focused effort in allowing all characters to hit Lv.30J exclusively with passive badge grinding, or if that's just how it ended up working out.

The relevance of the Door mechanics is slight. However I would argue against the removal of any game mechanics, even those that are of limited relevance. The presence of such mechanics enriches the game and gives options for players. Arguably the game has suffered from homogenization such as mandated class innates; more options are good IMO.

Yea, they're rarely used but I like to have them in the game. It's nice that someone can close and lock a door in a desperate move with their last ap.
