Skill: Energy Flare tweak

Suggest amending Energy Flare by allowing the Conduit to change the damage type on demand. Mechanically this could be to any type of which the Conduit knows a corresponding attack spell
EDIT: And synergy with Eldritch Bond to allow for Holy/Unholy type damage depending on MO.
