A minor one that I don't expect to be changed at the timescale of the arena but is relevant to early breath 6. Planar Protection is the parent skill for the angel hunting skills, when there are no other plains having to buy it as a 100% dead parent skill feels really bad. It is a perfectly good skill that wants to stay for when other plains come back but being forced to buy it for its child skills doesn't feel good at all.
Not sure whether the right option is to move Angel hunter to be a child skill of Fractured Vessel so it sensibly retains its 60cp cost or just make it a 30cp base skill as I'm not much convinced it is a 60cp skill relative to being the free skill for Harbingers.
Skill: Planar Protection Child Skills
Re: Skill: Planar Protection Child Skills
The changes to Planar Protection for B5 were not the best. No Neutral character class has access to Planar Protection? Similarly there is no planar damage for the Neutral planes that affects Demons/Angels unless very specific niche circumstances or a faction pays the exorbitant daily cost for the Balance Thang that inflicts planar damage in a neighbourhood only.
(Consider also that B5 was a result of Neutral winning the prior Breath. Good / Evil didn't exactly get disadvantaged by that happening.)
I'd prefer that the PP skill go back to being a 20 CP child of Sense Morality, accessible to everyone who wants to incur the 30 CP total cost. Free for Angels, 30 CP for Demons and not available to Neutrals is just wrong.
