Gameplay: Evil respects ally status instead of faction status

Essentially - expand all the abilities which are faction-friendly to being ally-friendly. Any green/blue should be exempt from the following skills.

DO:
Intimidating aura
Edit: also make vassals immune?

Pariah:
Explosive murder

DH:
Unsettling Aura
Scream of the Banshee
Wail of the Dead / Keening of the Damned

WM:
Mutagenic Touch (this one is particularly egregious!)

Other, maybe:
Firearms AoE

i'll note as a one-off that i was pretty 'i give up' with my eh.. 60 --> 90 cp skill that used to do things.. that i couldn't do +damage/def for 20 mp on an elem greater because green name not violet name + impossible for non-wms to be in legion
