The state of the nexus is that good has uneven have access to cheap mp (often at the cost of 0 ap for the user). It is heavily unbalanced and we can all see this. Even small good factions have become unraidable without a well prepared and skilled tank, Large good factions literally break the game with the level of lag.
Lightspeaker, phenomenally good; wyrm master, still the butt of all the jokes.
Now rationally the best idea would be to make it more difficult for lightspeakers to acquire massive amounts of mp and / or increase the cost of their pets to reduce the server load. But that's no fun, no ones gonna like that. INSTEAD WHY NOT...
Lower the cost of wyrm master pets by like 5 mp across the board. It would make for a whole lot more of a challenge for Good, neutral, and evil raiders. (that's everyone, horay!)
If Thol intends wm pets to be expendable lackies and cannon fodder then why are they so dang expensive?

I'd be on board with a global discount for WM pet summons, and maybe mutations too. From what I've played of LS/WM, WM has it way harder to build and maintain a big petwall. This usually means either dark hearting teammates or asking an IB to spend their AP hunting for slice, whereas LS have Advos energizing them with a 0AP cost for them.
I'd also like to suggest a skill like Brothers Bond for Imps, or at least a discount for summoning them. 15MP for what is supposed to be a disposable mook feels off, when LS can summon 80-160HP worth of healing for the same price. So, either lowering their cost or summoning 2-3 for the price of one sounds reasonable to me.

Concur - either lower cost, give them gimmick summoning like Brothers Bond or give WMs more mechanisms for MP regen outside of Fonts/SI/Dark Heart.

New WM pet that lays eggs, WM can eat the eggs to gain MP. We all win and also that's gross.

What about a skill that lets WM passively summon tentacles. Perhaps a 2% (tweak that percent as needed) chance at every status tick to allow for a Tentacle to spawn for free?
The theming can be that the WM is growing and mutating, and bits of it are slopping off and growing into their own creature.

Agree with cheaper WM pets as a quick fix, but my favorite suggestion (for future breaths) would be for a cap on pets and no decay like the Ele
