Ship movement around minor obstacles is annoying, expensive and time costly
100 renown permanent upgrade that gives ships 2-4 (capped) single tile movements in any direction across the day - recharges one per 6/9/12 hours, triggers the actual movement on next tick, costs 3ap/3mp to action. If engines already active it triggers the thrusters over engines if conflicting
