UI: default value for scalable skills is maximum

Suggestions for game development and improvements. One suggestion to a thread, please.

UI: default value for scalable skills is maximum

Certain scalable skills should really default to the maximum viable value, not the minimum.
- energize
- heal others
- acceptable sacrifice
- fists of holy rissoles (actually this is a charge attack, so just having it save properly would probably do the job)

... and probably some others. Basically for these skills it's rare to want to use the minimum value. It's just an arbitrary extra 3+ clicks every time as you click the dropdown, scroll down to the bottom of up to 30(!) values, to get to the one option you ALWAYS use.


Some should stay as they are:
- Prayer
- DO dark power spending skills

... and probably some others. Would appreciate others chiming in with specific skills.
