I think it could be very useful to have a brief skill description on the character page for skills when you hover your mouse over them. It would make it much easier to glance at skills and see what they do or refresh your memory without having to open up multiple wiki pages searching for the skill that you can't remember the name of.
Not sure how hard it would be to implement or resource intensive it is server-wise, but I think it'd be a nice addition some time down the road.
