Instead of having items of functionally the same type/quality/effect have a unique line like below:
Allow an option to collapse it into "Bottle of Alcohol" to make dropping / passing / inventory management quicker and easier. Its a minor tweak but if I am doing a bottle run for someone I currently have to drop / scroll / reload page the above example 8 times instead of once.
Could do the same for food as well - if they use secret ingredient maybe 2 lines for enchanted or not (3 lines for target food aswell?). Im aware it zaps away some of the individuality of the game but for someone doing the grinds it might be a nice change and could be completely optional from character settings.

Sunset Shimmer attacked you with a Frozen Gauntlet and hit for 62 points of holy damage. She was hiding! This attack was charged with righteous wrath! Their body strained with holy resolve as they added physical power to this attack! (2021-11-22)

But which item would actually be used when player clicks the use/eat/drink/etc button? The newest item? The oldest? A random item from a stack? Something else?
This may feel like an unimportant detail but it is still a decision to be made before such feature is implemented...

Using up a random item would probably be the most "fair" selection criteria, but it could introduce yet another type of "RNG hates me" grumblings

I certainly agree with the QOL upgrade. I often end up with lots of different stacks of functionally identical stuff and it can take a while to deal with it all.
But, it would take away some of the flavor of the game to just have "Stack of 25 Food items" without any of the variety.
