Eldritch Mixing Charge Attack Not Remembered Against Fortifications

Just what the title said. This was supposedly added according to this
changelog, but never worked even afterwards.
Specifically noticed when adding Fire when bashing forts. Haven't bashed in a while, but I did notice it after that update.
