Charged T3 spells don't apply capstone effect

Using a Thunder Bolt + Smite doesn't apply neither the electric capstone effect nor the holy one. As seen on https://nexusclash.com/clash.php?op=character&id=13028:

• You attack XXX with your Boop on the nose and hit for 13 points of electric damage. The attack inflicted a lingering feeling of shock! Her armor soaked 6 points of damage. You gain 13 XP. She does not have the blood of angels on her hands. (2024-12-04 06:26:55).
• You attack XXX with your Boop on the nose and hit for 23 points of holy damage. Her armor soaked 4 points of damage. This attack was charged with holy smiting power! You gain 23 XP. She does not have the blood of angels on her hands. (2024-12-04 06:27:05).
