As a bow NC aiming for the 1000 targets shot badge I am highly, highly suspicious of my hit rate sufficiently so to have done a full count of all 321 successful target shootings that are still in my log (only counting those that didn't have non-standard buffs or debuffs).
NC with all of the origami bow skills and tattoo of dragon's rage active states a 95% accuracy.
My actual achieved accuracy is 80.25% with 321 hits and 79 misses.
My first guess would be that the 10% accuracy from dragon's sight+dragon's rage isn't applying properly (possibly only to target shooting) and then I'm 5% unlucky in my actual dataset. Otherwise I'm not sure where about 15% of accuracy penalty is coming from. The assumption that it's dragon's rage comes purely from gut feel when I first started using it to target shoot and felt like I wasn't having better accuracy but that doesn't have a full count behind it.

Target Shooting Accuracy (probably Tattoo of Dragon Sight)
Re: Target Shooting Accuracy (probably Tattoo of Dragon Sight)
This is an actual bug, I think, but the code is a bit more complicated than usual. It seems like the bonus accuracy simply isn't taken into account properly.

Re: Target Shooting Accuracy (probably Tattoo of Dragon Sight)
That was my guess from how far off the accuracy was. I've spent too long looking at things that prove that wikipedia is a terrible reminder tool for rusty stats knowledge trying to get an exact probability of missing quite that much with 95% accuracy but I'm confident that's way down the bell curve.
Given I've only got 50 more targets to shoot I won't produce a statistically significant number of shots specifically without dragon's sight to confirm that that is definitely the accuracy bonus that isn't applying in the spaghetti code.
Mostly was being paranoid that possibly dragon sight is bugged in general but I am unlikely to generate statistically significant levels of data where I know the targets don't have surprise dodge clothing/armour to comment on that.
