I was understanding right then on the kill eating front. Probably wants to be some level of toggle to make it optional even if you have the skill then as sometimes you would rather have an extra floor desecrate and then eat the body for instant healing vs +5 max hp for 12 hours. There is similar stacking for spell gems for those without spellcraft. It is probably not a problematic behaviour so long as the best quality ones stay on the top of the stack (possibly repair grinders would want an option for worst quality on top).
