Interface: Downed SH Indicator (Vulturing Avoidance)

So, there was a discussion about a month ago about vulturing. Without saying anything about the social expectation of being safe in a downed SH, it is still true that some factions have a 'gentleman's agreement' to avoid vulturing and some individuals may wish for their own reasons to avoid it even ...

Re: Gameplay: Magnet Respawns

After two more months in this game, I would like to say HELL YES to this idea. It is very frustrating to constantly be respawning way over in the east - often the south-east - when one's SH is in the NW, spend the rest of one's AP inching toward home, hiding, and then dying again before reaching it ...

Re: Stronghold: Ally Slow Effect

Seem like allies shouldn't be penalized like hostiles. Maybe a lesser penalty, like slowing without sapping?

Re: The World Is Not Enough

That actually sounds like a cool idea and would mean there's no player loss :D That would be really neat. Maybe what manifests where could be related to alignment of SHs in the area, or infusions, or a combination of both. Or, lol, it could be random, and some Evil SH suddenly finds itself in the m...

Re: The World Is Not Enough

We're probably going a little off topic, but since we're here... I too am heavily abusing the new mechanic where you can unplug and plug the power back indefinitely on the same location. This is excellent for me as I have multiple characters and for some the cognitive effort is thus eliminated. For...

Re: The World Is Not Enough

I have to agree with the original post. It is increasingly difficult to find people to attack, especially if one is an angel and doesn't want to attack Goods and Neutrals. Search 10 or 12 buildings to find someone hiding - and oops, it's a Good mortal. I would also suggest making it easier to move f...

Re: Items of different quality stack in drop-down

Alas, the best quality do not necessarily stay on top. With my experiments with the average and worn SMGs, they inevitably combined into a stack listing as Worn, and picking one up gave me the worn one first.

Items of different quality stack in drop-down

A swarm of bees (id 5714) while looking for spare ammo in dropped items in Urban Combat Simulation Center (65, 51), saw a drop-down listing "Sub-Machine Gun (worn) - 2". Picking it up once indeed gave a worn SMG. Looking at the drop-down again revealed an average SMG. Picking them both up ...

Re: Items/Skills: Rename Crossbow Bows

Renaming to avoid confusion is cool. Renaming that creates confusion rather than lessens it ('rotten crossbow' is more understandable than 'yomi yumi') is not quite so great. Maybe "yomi crossbow" or "deathly crossbow" instead? ("Rotten" also is not so great, as I look ...

Re: Items: Fuel Cans should be usable for target practice (and explode)

Heck, we could do something similar way back in "Doom" in the 90s. I vote yes, based on "cool flavor and utterly reasonable"
