I do like the idea of marks being moveable, but only by a sufficiently skilled conduit. it does not make sense for non-conduits to have access to their special insights on the arcane. But i think conduit to conduit portal shenanigans could be amusing.

What about tying it to a pet's MO? Allow it to be done on all evil pets, but not neutral or good? It would be sorta mirrored on the Seraph's ability to apply augmentations to all good characters. What if the xp was turned off for conduits attuned to Matter? Which is the edge case, and far from the norm. Additionally, a slight boost to batch-maxing xp doesn't quite address the issue of spending lots of ap with no xp benefit. The amount of ap spent for a batch is variable and i think it makes ...

WM: allow mutations on Allied Pets
Tholaghru wants us to share. Allowing Mutations only on faction-mates is too severely limiting, especially for nomadic WMs in small factions who like to hop around spreading chaos where ever they land.
