Every T3 class* gets a movement skill for 30CP except, for some reason, Void Walker, who pay 60CP for something that's basically equivalent to Feet of the Wind. Characters are 110579 and 828. Both LotA members, and yet Gorgon's name shows as green rather than purple.

Possibly a consequence of the outer planes being turned off, but despite the button showing the reduced AP cost, you get charged the full amount. Hellspawn does provide me a boon though.
